• Substance use–related forensic evaluations

• Functional and contextual evaluations (cognitive, developmental, and mental health factors)

• Record review–based forensic evaluations

Important Scope Clarification

Evaluations are:

• Independent and non-advocacy

• Bounded to the referral question

• Non-predictive

Evaluations do not include:

• Criminal responsibility or insanity opinions

• Mens rea or intent determinations

• Custody or family court evaluations

• Sentencing recommendations​

Post-Report Consultation

Post-report consultation may be available to clarify findings and limitations. Legal strategy and use of the report remain at the discretion of counsel.​
